In 2013 JCW exposed Goodman due to credible allegations that he had molested a male camper when he was his camp counselor in 2001. Concurrently, Goodman was arrested and charged with 12 counts of indecent assault of a person less than 13 years of age.
In 2015 he pled guilty to two counts and was sentenced to 11-23 months in prison and to register as a tier-3 sex offender. In 2018, Goodman was arrested for soliciting an underage prostitute. He pled guilty and was sentenced to 18 months in prison.
